Guidelines on Application for CPM Dealer’s Licence 中成药经销商执照申请指导原则 | HSA

Dealers of CPM Need to Apply for One or More of the Following Licences Depending on the Type of Business Involved (中成药经销商须申请一张或多张下列执照，视所属商业类型而定):

Import Licence 进口商执照 (Apply online 网上申请)	Any local company who wishes to import and sell CPM in the Singapore market. 任何打算进口中成药并在新加坡市场销售这类产品的公司。
Wholesale Dealer's Licence 批发商执照 (Apply online 网上申请)	Any company selling CPM to others for purposes of resale. Wholesale dealer's licence holders are only allowed to deal with CPM by way of wholesale dealing. (Note: Any company who wishes to import as well as conduct wholesale dealing of CPM products must apply for both Import Licence and Wholesale Dealer's Licence.) 任何批发中成药产品给他人作为转售用途的公司。 (注：任何打算同时经营进口及批发生意的公司必须申请进口商执照及批发商执照。)
Manufacturer's Licence 制造商执照 (Apply online 网上申请)	All local factories engaged in the manufacture of CPM. 任何从事中成药制造的本地工厂。
Assembler's Licence 分装商执照 (Apply online 网上申请)	All local factories engaged in the assembly of CPM. 任何从事中成药分装的本地工厂。
