Withdraw the following applications:
- Active ingredient importer’s licence
- Active ingredient wholesaler’s licence
- Active ingredient manufacturer’s licence
- Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate
- Good Distribution Practice Certificate
- Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product (CPP)
Cancel licence - cancel@prism
Cancel the following licences:
- Active ingredient importer’s licence
- Active ingredient wholesaler’s licence
- Active ingredient manufacturer’s licence
Amend licence - amend@prism
Renew licence - renew@prism
Renew the following licences:
- Active ingredient importer’s licence
