       10 Nov 2000: Withdrawal of phenylpropanolamine (PPA) products
    There was an increased risk of haemorrhagic stroke from the ingestion of PPA, especially with PPA slimming products. PPA is a common decongestant found in combination with other drugs in many cough and cold medicines.
       16 Sep 2000: Suspension of product licence for cisapride-containing medicinal products
    Cisapride has been reported to cause QT prolongation and lead to rare but life threatening arrhythmias.
