Can I Donate

Donating blood is an act of great human kindness. Your blood can save the life of another person. However, there are times when your blood may not be suitable for donation.

Find out who can be a donor, as well as when you should not make a donation.

You will be given a health assessment before you give blood.

If you have made a donation before and would like to make another one now, please check that sufficient time has elapsed between your last donation and your next one.

And if you donate blood on a regular basis, you are encouraged to read more about the dietary recommendations for regular donors.
