Interval Between Donations

If you have made a donation in the past and intend to make another one soon, you are most welcome to do so. However, you should wait a number of weeks before donating again. This is to ensure that you have fully recovered from your previous donation.

If you gave blood during your last donation, you should wait at least 12 weeks before making a new blood donation, while an apheresis donation can be made just 8 weeks after you have given blood.
