A company CRIS administrator is responsible for the creation and management of user accounts for employees/service providers to carry out online transactions on the company's behalf.
Company CRIS administrators can:
- create new users;
- edit users;
- suspend users; and
- view existing users.
Administrators also determine:
- Which e-service(s) a user can access;
- A user's role, either “drafter” or “submitter”:
A drafter is only allowed to prepare an online application, after which the application must be submitted by a submitter.
A submitter, on the other hand, can prepare and submit applications; and - The period within which a user can make transactions.
As soon as an administrator has suspended a user, the user will no longer be able to carry out online transactions on the company's behalf.
