Blood Donors
Dear Donor,
Before you proceed to book your appointment, please click here to read the latest overseas travel deferral criteria if you:
- have lived outside Singapore previously;
- have recently returned from abroad;
- are a frequently traveller
Please be informed that HSA is enhancing the online questionnaires and the new version will be available on 15 May 2012. If your appointment is from 15 May 2012 onwards, you are required to fill in the questionnaire form manually when you visit Blood Bank for blood donation as the old questionnaire is no longer valid after 14 May 2012.
