This e-Service allows a Registrant to amend active licence/registration/notification such as:
Dealer's licence & Registrant's account;
Registration for higher risk medical device; and
Registration for low risk medical device
Note:
For amendments to a Registrant, the CRIS company account for MEDICS will be automatically updated as well.
For minor amendments to registered higher risk medical devices, supporting documents are not required. However, a supplementary application should be submitted in event of any significant amendments.
For mass amendments to all active higher risk devices regarding product owner or manufacturing site, please contact MDB.
