This e-Service allows a Registrant to cancel an active licence/registration/notification when it is no longer required, or when a particular medical device is no longer marketed or imported into Singapore.
Note:
The removal or cancellation of a Dealer's licence and/or Registrant's account may result in termination of all e-Service access rights and cancellation of all licence/registration/notifications that are traceable to that particular establishment.
A company need not cancel a device if the Product Owner/Manufacturer wishes to request for a product transfer from one Registrant to another. Please contact MDB for more information.
Information that will facilitate product traceability should be given to the Product Owner/Manufacturer before product cancellation/transfer.
