Free Sales Certificate Application
This e-Service allows a Registrant to apply for a Free Sales Certificate for registered medical devices listed in the Singapore Medical Device Register.
Free Sale Certificates are only issued to local manufacturers or local product owners of finished medical devices.
Note: Medical devices must first be registered before applying for Free Sales Certificate.
Export Certificate Application
Export Certificates are issued for export-only medical devices, such as unfinished components/finished medical products manufactured in Singapore, that are not intended for local sale in their present form or packaging.
This e-Service allows a Registrant to apply for an Export Certificate on behalf of a local manufacturer.
