Free Sales Certificate (FSC) or Certificate of Origin (COO) Application
This e-Service allows a Registrant to apply for a Free Sales Certificate (FSC) or a Certificate of Origin (COO) for registered medical devices listed in the Singapore Medical Device Register (SMDR).
Free Sale Certificates (FSC) are only issued for medical devices that have a Singapore-registered company as their product owner.
Certificate of Origins (COO) are only issued for medical devices that have been manufactured locally in Singapore.
Note: Medical devices must first be registered before applying for a Free Sales Certificate (FSC) or a Certificate of Origin (COO).
Export Certificate Application
Export Certificates are issued for export-only medical devices, such as unfinished components/finished medical products manufactured in Singapore, that are not intended for local sale in their present form or packaging.
This e-Service allows a Registrant to apply for an Export Certificate on behalf of a local manufacturer.
