No login is required to view the Singapore Medical Device Register (SMDR).

For all other MEDICS e-Services, the following are required for login:

• SingPass or HSA PIN;
• A CRIS company account for MEDICS; and
• A Registrant's Account. 

Your computer must also meet these requirements to use MEDICS. 

If you are unable to carry out transactions on MEDICS at your own location, you are welcome to proceed to HSA One Stop Centre, where DIY Kiosks with computers and scanners have been set up. Our staff will also be on hand to assist you. We are is located at Biopolis.
