To make payment for all MEDICS transactions via GIRO, please fill in the GIRO form and mail it to HSA. For queries on GIRO application, please call 6213 0839.

Online Payment
Online payment can be made via:
- Flexipay:
Registration is needed to use Flexipay. Upon registration, you will be automatically directed to the payment services; - eNETS Credit Card / Debit Card; or
- eNETS Internet Banking:
A valid internet banking account with DBS, UOB or Citibank is required.
Tips:
Please ensure that all other web pages are closed before proceeding to make payment.
Do not click on the browser buttons (e.g. back, reload/refresh or stop) while payment is in progress.
Do not close the web browser while payment is being processed. You should close the browser only after receiving acknowledgement of successful payment.
It is advisable to print the online acknowledgement of payment for your own records.

Payment at HSA can be made via:
- Cheque;
- Credit Card / Debit Card;
- NETS;
- EZ-Link Card; or
- Cash Card.
Please note that cash payments will not be accepted.
Remember to bring the payment advice slip when making payment at HSA.
