All draft applications will be saved in the system for only 7 days after the latest update. To save a draft application in the system for another 7 days, please extenddraft@prism.
An application's status can also be checked via SMS. To do so, simply type:
PRISM ENQ [Application no]
E.g. PRISM ENQ 0123456A
and send to 9787 2222.
To check an application's status by phone (icall@hsa), please dial:
1800 2255 472
(1800 CALL HSA)
and follow the voice instructions. Please have the application number ready.
