No login is required for Online Information Search.

For all other PRISM e-Services, the following are required for login:

• SingPass or HSA PIN; and
• A CRIS company account for PRISM. 

Your computer must also meet these requirements to use PRISM. 

If you are unable to carry out transactions on PRISM at your own location, you may use our DIY Kiosks located at our Biopolis office, where computers and scanners have been set up for public use.
