Introduction to PRISM's e-Services

The e-Services that prism@hsa has to offer can easily be remembered with the acronym "APPRECIATE":

  • apply@prism – facilitates the preparation of applications through the use of code tables and copy functions. A pre-validation of applications allows applicants to check that there are no omissions or mistakes before submitting an application. After submission, applications can also be amended or withdrawn as required;

  • pay@prism – allows payments to be made electronically via credit card, eNETS Debit or GIRO, thus obviating the need to manage cash and cheques;
  • post@prism – facilitates the electronic delivery of licences, permits or certificates as requested;

  • renew@prism – enables renewal of licences, permits or certificates online;

  • enquire@prism – allows users to check on the licences, permits and/or certificates that have been issued to them;

  • clearance@prism – allows importers to submit re-export documents online;

  • interact@prism – enables online enquiries and consultations on regulatory requirements;
  • alert@prism – facilitates the sending of SMS and email alerts to applicants for acknowledgements, approvals and renewals;

  • track@prism – allows users to track the status of applications online or via sms; and

  • endorse@prism – enables online endorsement of clinical trial applications by external parties.
