- Tar and Nicotine Limits & Health Warning Labels
Under the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Limits on Certain Substances) Regulations, the yield limit of nicotine and tar is 1.0mg and 10.0 mg, respectively. For more details, click here.
- Minimum sticks per pack for cigarillos
Under the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, all cigarillos imported, distributed or retailed, must contain no less than 20 sticks per pack. For more details, click here.
- Health Warning Labelling for Tobacco Product Packaging
The Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Labelling) Regulations, include changes to the warning labelling, the prohibition of certain misleading terms and other new labelling requirements. For more details, click here.
