For all our CRMs, PT/EQA programmes and value assignment services, we use the highly accurate isotope dilution mass spectrometry (IDMS) technique, whenever possible. The assigned values provided are traceable to the International System of Units (SI). A comprehensive Certificate of Analysis is also provided with each CRM.

Our PT programmes are extended to all local and overseas chemical testing laboratories.
Our EQA programmes are available for all clinical laboratories, medical clinics or clinical trial facilities from Singapore and overseas to participate.
We offer courses to equip analytical scientists and medical technologists with the knowledge of statistics needed for method validation and estimation of measurement uncertainty.
We also provide customised on-site training and consultancy on method validation and measurement uncertainty.
