Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a philosophy that we at HSA fervently believe in. It ensures that the organisation makes a positive impact on society and the environment through responsible and ethical actions. This is based on the following guidelines:

We uphold the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) where every employee is to be treated fairly and equitably. We operate ethically and with integrity through our philosophy of Caring Action, Responsible for our Environment (C.A.R.E.), to respect basic human rights and the preservation of our environment for the benefit of future generations.

We conduct quarterly events to encourage staff volunteerism as well as awareness-building activities on the plight of our environment and ways to protect it.
