A Dear Healthcare Professional Letter has been issued by Ferring Pharmaceuticals Pte Ltd to inform healthcare professionals of a precautionary Class I consumer level recall that will be undertaken for two batches of Minirin® (desmopressin) Nasal Spray 0.1 mg/ml, 2.5 ml solution. This recall is due to the detection of out-of-specification results during assay testing for the active ingredient desmopressin. Healthcare professionals using the affected batches are advised to follow the recommendations in the letter and to return the affected nasal sprays. Please refer to the letter for details.
