1. The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has concluded the public consultation on the proposed amendments to the Health Products (Medical Devices) Regulations on 11 April 2018.A total of 29 responses from 6 respondents were received.

2. HSA has compiled a set of FAQ to enhance the clarity for stakeholders based on the responses received. You may access the FAQ document below.
