Herceptin (trastuzumab): Herceptin Solvent Vials/20ml co-packaged with Herceptin Powder for Injection 440mg (SIN11028P) – Voluntary recall of batches N3928B04, N3930B03, N3931B03 and N3931B07

A Dear Healthcare Professional Letter has been issued by Roche Singapore Pte Ltd to update healthcare professionals on the voluntary recall of four batches of Herceptin Solvent Vials/20ml due to the possible presence of glass particulate matter. The Herceptin Solvent Vials are co-packaged with Herceptin Powder for Injection 440mg vials. Healthcare professionals are advised to refer to the letter for further details, including the management of the recall of the product.
