The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Beijing Red Cross Blood Centre on 2 June 2011.
2 The signing of the MOU in Beijing between HSA' Blood Services Group and the Beijing Red Cross Blood Centre was officiated by Dr Mao Yu, Vice Director of the Beijing Health Bureau.
3 The newly inked MOU provides a framework for staff from both agencies to undergo training exchange attachments in the various areas of transfusion medicine to strengthen their capabilities. It will also provide greater cooperation and networking opportunities in developing best practices in blood banking.
