The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) would like to inform healthcare professionals of the ongoing recall in the USA for selected lots of ‘Other-Sonic Generic Ultrasound Transmission Gel', manufactured by Pharmaceutical Innovations Inc., due to bacterial contamination. Although this gel has not been imported to Singapore by the authorised dealers, HSA is alerting healthcare professionals of this recall as a precautionary measure. Please refer to the attached letter for more information.
