SurgiPro Pte Ltd would like to inform healthcare professionals of the potential for the weld seam of the blister packaging of the Spiggle & Theis PTFE Ventilation Tubes to be incomplete in the area of the pull tab. The weld seam around the blister cavity might also show a visually inconsistent blue colouring. Healthcare professionals are advised to quarantine affected products immediately and arrange for their return to SurgiPro Pte Ltd. These affected products will be replaced by SurgiPro Pte Ltd. Please refer to the letter for more details.
