Synthes Singapore Pte Ltd would like to inform healthcare professionals of a Medical Device Labelling Correction of the TomoFix Medial High Tibia Plate Surgical Technique Guide and the TomoFix Application Notes, enclosed in the Synthes TomoFix Osteotomy System and the Synthes Locking Compression Plate (Tibia, Titanium). Synthes is initiating a Medical Device Labelling Correction related to the TomoFix Medial High Tibia Plate Surgical Technique Guide (0X6.000.386) and the TomoFix Application Notes (0X6.000.385) to amend incorrectly printed information of screw angulations and plate thickness. The design and specifications of the device itself remain unchanged. Healthcare professionals are advised to refer to the letter for details.
