Exactech Pte Ltd would like to notify healthcare professionals of the potential non-retention of the screw head of the Exactech Equinoxe Reverse Shoulder Fixed Angle Torque Defining Screw in the Torque Defining Screwdriver. Healthcare professionals are advised to exercise caution when disengaging the screw head as failure to capture it may lead to surgical delays and the screw head falling into the wound site.
