Drug Houses of Australia Pte. Ltd. has issued a Dear Healthcare Professional Letter, to inform healthcare professionals that particulate matter was found in vials of reconstituted Tazpen for Injection 4.5g from certain batches. Drug Houses of Australia Pte. Ltd. is investigating these reported cases. In the interest of patient’s safety, healthcare professionals are advised to observe the appropriate steps when handling Tazpen for Injection. Please refer to the letter for details.
