Johnson & Johnson Pte Ltd (‘JnJ’) would like to inform healthcare professionals of a Medical Device Recall for selected lots of Cortex Screw Ø 3.5 mm, length 28 mm, stainless steel, non-sterile. JnJ is initiating this recall because of an identified manufacturing error. Cortex screws with incorrect length, unfinished thread and malformed tip may be packaged in the affected lots. Healthcare professionals are advised to immediately identify the affected lots and quarantine all unused products for their return. Healthcare professionals are advised to refer to the letter for more details.
