Somnotec (S) Pte Ltd would like to inform healthcare professionals of a recall of specific lots of Microvention PHIL (Precipitating Hydrophobic Injectable Liquid) Non-Adhesive Liquid Embolic System as the PHIL container (syringe) may elute unintended elements (metals) into the PHIL device formulation. This elution may or may not discolour the PHIL device.
