M.B.D. Marketing (S) Pte Ltd would like to update healthcare professionals regarding the presence of precipitation found in the Dobuject Injection from Batch MA00X7F. This precipitate is the crystallisation of dobutamine. The affected batch: MA00X7F, has thus been placed under quarantine. Investigation is ongoing to ascertain that the problem is confined to this batch. Healthcare professionals are strongly advised to visually inspect the Dobuject injection and ensure the absence of particulate matter before the administration of the product.
