The Tobacco Point-of-Sale (POS) display ban has taken effect on 1 August 2017. All licensed retailers are required to comply with the new law. Tobacco retailers may refer to the TCAS (Ban on display of tobacco products) Regulations [PDF, 178 KB] or the POS display ban booklet for compliance.
For policy related feedback on the POS display ban, retailers may email to the Health Promotion Board at hpb_mailbox@hpb.gov.sg. Operational related enquiries can be sent to the Health Sciences Authority through an online feedback portal at https://crm.hsa.gov.sg/event/feedback.aspx
