The Tobacco Point-of-Sale (POS) display ban has taken effect on 1 August 2017. All licensed retailers are required to comply with the new law. Tobacco retailers may refer to the TCAS (Ban on display of tobacco products) Regulations [PDF, 178 KB] (opens in new tab) or the POS display ban booklet for compliance.
