Ranbaxy, would like to update healthcare professionals on the findings of the recent investigations into the incident involving the discovery of Vamlo (Amlodipine) Tablets being found in a batch of Rovacor Tablets 20mg. Ranbaxy has conducted and completed the root cause investigation for the incident of the tablets mix-up. Investigations have identified that the root cause to be the improper cleaning and verification of the bins for blister collection used during the manufacturing process. Ranbaxy has implemented the necessary corrective actions to avoid the future occurrence of such incidents. Please refer to the letter for further details.
