Update to safety information in PREGNYL package insert

MSD Pharma (Singapore) Pte Ltd, would like to communicate an update to the safety information in the Singapore package insert of PREGNYL with immediate effect. The current package insert supplied with the product would not contain these changes until the new batch of supply expected in Q1 2018. The specific changes are reflected in Section 4.3 under Contraindications and Section 4.4 under Special warnings and precautions for use. These include addition of a new contraindication “Abnormal (not menstrual) vaginal bleeding without a known/diagnosed cause”, as well as updated or additional information to the warnings.
