Transmedic Pte Ltd would like to notify healthcare professionals on the recall of selected lots of the RESTORIS MCK Baseplates as the product owner has become aware that there is the potential for the sterile barrier of the identified products to be breached. Potential hazards are delay in surgery or the implantation of a non-sterile device leading to infection. Healthcare professionals are advised to check the inventory and quarantine all affected devices. Please refer to the letter for details.
