Gen-Y (S) Pte Ltd would like to inform healthcare professionals of a voluntary recall for Stryker rHead Radial Implant System. The product owner, Stryker GmbH, conducted a review of the currently available data on the device and it was found to be inconclusive to continue supporting the performance of the device. Healthcare professionals are advised to continue to follow up with their patients who are using the Stryker rHead Radial Implant System in accordance with the routine standard of care. Please refer to the letter for details.
