A Dear Healthcare Professional Letter has been issued by Johnson & Johnson Pte Ltd to inform healthcare professionals of a recall of all lots of Codman EDS 3™ CSF External Drainage Systems. This recall was initiated because the tubing within the system that drains cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) may leak or disconnect from the joints. Healthcare professionals are advised to refer to the letter for details.
