Stryker Trauma AG would like to notify healthcare professionals on the recall of selected lots of rHead, uHead, Sigmoid Notch, ReMotion and Radio Capitellum. The recall is initiated to notify about a potential breach in sterile packaging during transportation. Potential hazards include implantation of potentially non-sterile device and additional time under anesthesia due to prolongation of surgery. Healthcare professionals are advised to discontinue use of affected devices and return all to Gen-Y (S) Pte Ltd. Please refer to the letter for details.
