The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and National Healthcare Group (NHG) jointly organised the HSA-NHG Clinical Research Coordinator Society (CRCS) Webinar on 30 September 2026, which highlighted the importance of complying with data governance requirements under the ICH E6 (R3) Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guideline to ensure the reliability, integrity and quality of clinical trial data.  

The webinar provided practical guidance for Clinical Research Coordinators on three key areas: 

  • Meeting data governance requirements when using REDCap for IITs; 

  • Identifying common gaps and recommendations; and 

  • Adopting best practices in REDCap management
