Destruction or Disposal of Stock Inventory refers to the complete destruction of all inventories of any First or Second Schedule biological agents or Fifth Schedule toxins.

Requirements

Facilities are required to notify the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) regarding destruction and/or disposal of stock inventory of any of their First or Second Schedule biological agents, or Fifth Schedule toxins:

Notification

Login to the Healthcare Application and Licensing Portal-Biosafety Module (HALP-BS (opens in new tab)) to submit a Notification of Complete Destruction and/or Disposal of Stock Inventory once the facility has destroyed and/or disposed the facility's stock of any First or Second Schedule biological agents, or Fifth Schedule toxins.
