Requirements

The notification of Inventory Adjustment function available in Healthcare Application and Licensing Portal-Biosafety Module allows facilities to update inventory records in the event of discrepancies that cannot be resolved through the submission of a relevant notification or the withdrawal of a submitted notification.

Notification

Login to Healthcare Application and Licensing Portal-Biosafety Module (HALP-BS (opens in new tab)) and submit a notification of Inventory Adjustment along with the reason for the adjustment.
