Transfer product listing
Understand when and how a CPM product listing can be transferred to another dealer.
Transfers allowed
You may transfer your Chinese Proprietary Medicine (CPM) product listing to another licensed dealer only if the safety and quality of the product remain unchanged before and after the transfer.
The transfer of your CPM product listing to another licensed dealer can only be allowed under the following circumstances:
Types of CPM and transfer

Transfers not allowed
The transfer of a CPM product listing is not allowed under the following circumstances as the starting materials, manufacturing process, production equipment, quality control system and management models may be different. The product’s safety and quality may not remain the same before and after such transfers.

Letter of authorisation (printed on transferor company's letterhead) for HSA to conduct the transfer to the other licensed importer, including the list of CPM to be transferred. The letter should include the import licence numbers of both the transferor and transferee companies, along with the product reference number of each affected product. | To be signed by both importers |
Confirmatory letter of acceptance that the product will be supplied directly to the new importer by the overseas manufacturer. | To be signed by the overseas manufacturer |

You do not need to pay a fee.

Email your request to transfer the product listing, together with the documents required, to hsa_cpm@hsa.gov.sg.
