Reporting of Tobacco-Related Offences
You may report on tobacco-related offences e.g smokeless tobacco, underaged smoking, tobacco advertisements and sales of tobacco without a valid licence by calling the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) at Tel: 6684 2036 or 6684 2037, from 7:00am to 12:00am, daily, (including weekends and public holidays).
Under Section 182 of the Penal Code, anyone who intentionally provides a public servant with wrong information to mislead them into using their lawful power for certain acts, will be liable to a jail term of up to 2 years, a fine, or both.

The form will require about 5 minutes to complete. As our investigations are confidential and we are dealing with a large number of reports, please note that HSA will not be providing any update on our findings.
