How to amend

If there are any changes in the particulars on your licence, company information or applicant’s details, you must inform us within 3 days of the change via submission of an amendment application (opens in new tab) to update the CRIS account and PRISM licence records.

Note: Omission of any required documents might result in longer processing times.

Who can amend

The amendment should be submitted by the licence applicant or the appointed CRIS administrator.
