PRISM (Dealers and products certificates)

The PRISM e-service gives users the convenience of carrying out transactions with HSA, and to search for related information online.

Ensure you have the following credentials before you access the PRISM e-service:

If you encounter technical issues with PRISM e-services (e.g. unable to upload documents in PRISM or CRIS), please e-mail the HSA helpdesk (opens in new tab) with the screenshot of the error message or call 6776 0168 (from 7.00 am to midnight daily) for assistance.
