HSA PIN

Apply for the HSA PIN for your overseas employees or business partners who are non-SingPass holders to allow them to access PRISM.

If you encounter technical issues with PRISM e-services (e.g. unable to upload documents in PRISM or CRIS), please e-mail the HSA helpdesk with the screenshot of the error message or call 6776 0168 (from 7.00 am to midnight daily) for assistance.

HSA PIN Holders will be able to access PRISM to draft the online applications (i.e perform the role of "Drafter"). The draft applications can then be confirmed and submitted by the persons authorized in the company CRIS Accounts as "Submitter".
