Recall for selected lots of Medpor Contoured Two Piece Chin, Medpor Barrier Implant and Medpor Titan Max Orbital Floor and Wall Implant

Stryker Singapore Pte Ltd (‘Stryker’) would like to inform healthcare professionals of a recall of select lots of MEDPOR Surgical Implant Contoured Two-Piece Chin (Part 86001), MEDPOR BARRIER Sheets Implants (Part 9305 and 9312), and TITAN MAX Orbital Floor and Wall Medpor-Titanium-Barrier (OFW MTB) Right (Part 81036). Stryker has identified a higher occurrence rate of implant damage during intra-operative handling for MEDPOR Surgical Implant (Part 86001), and MEDPOR BARRIER Sheets (Part 9305 and 9312). In addition, it was also identified that for the TITAN MAX OFW MTB Right (Part 81036), the barrier location is situated on the incorrect surface of the implant. Healthcare professionals are advised to return the affected devices to Stryker. Please refer to the letter for details.
