Import of unregistered pre-owned devices returned from maintenance/repair

Unregistered devices pre-owned by local facility may be sent out for maintenance / repair to overseas product owner / service provider and imported back for return supply solely to the original owner of the device locally. This activity of import and supply should be carried out by licenced importer and wholesaler.
