Change of licence particulars
Update of licence details
You must inform us within 3 days if there are changes to the following details on your licence:
Contact details.
Residential address.
Company address (excludes relocation of physical premise).
Company name.
Retail outlet name.
Type of tobacco product sold.
You must cancel your current licence and apply for a new one instead in the following situations:
Outlet has been taken over by another company or individual.
Relocation of the retail outlet.
Change of company UEN, such as a change from sole proprietorship to private limited.
Documents required
You will need to provide the following documents in your application:
NRIC of applicant.
Fees

Change of licensee
You can apply to change the licence applicant in the licence records to that of another applicant who is either listed as a company director (not listed in the company business profile), or an authorised employee of the company if:
The applicant is from the same company.
The previous licensee has resigned from the company or has passed away.

You will need to provide the following documents in your application:
NRIC of applicant.
We may request for more supporting documents to supplement your application.
How to amend
You can amend your tobacco retail licence online through the 24-hour GoBusiness Singapore website. Ensure you have your SingPass (e.g. hawkers) or CorpPass / SingPass (Business User) credentials before you access the system.
You will be notified by e-mail once your application has been approved or rejected.
Retrieve your licence
Once approved, an electronic copy of your amended licence is available on the GoBusiness Singapore website, under the Licences tab. Please download and print a copy for reference at the licensed outlet.
