The Switching of manufacturing source for Busulfex injection® 6mg/ml

Kyowa Kirin wish to inform healthcare professionals that the company will be switching the current source of Busulfex Injection® from Ben Venue Laboratories (BVL) to a different manufacturer, DSM Pharmaceutical Inc (DSM). This action was taken in response to the shortcomings in the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) of BVL that was recently identified. As a precautionary measure, Kyowa Kirin will voluntarily undertake an exchange of the Busulfex injection® manufactured at BVL with a supply from a new source.
