Correction to the Singapore Prescribing Information for Brukinsa® Capsule 80mg on the dosage modifications for use with CYP3A inhibitors

A Dear Healthcare Professional Letter has been issued by BeOne Medicines Singapore Pte Ltd to inform healthcare professionals that a correction has been made to the prescribing information for Brukinsa® Capsule 80mg (SIN16341P) on the dosage modifications for use with CYP3A inhibitors. The previous version, impacting batches 2157060, 2180046, 2208428, does not contain the correct information. Healthcare professionals are advised to refer to the updated prescribing information (revised January 2026). The package inserts for the impacted batches should be disregarded. Please refer to the letter for details.
